Why is my Smart Lock not powered?

The following information may help:

  1. Please use 4 brand new AA batteries, do not mix used and new batteries.
  2. Make sure the power cable is connected firmly and completely, try unplugging and reconnecting.
  3. When the lock cann’t be locked/unlocked, please check if the door opening direction is correct, it can be set in the App (Settings-Door opening direction).
